tableplus2 Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility

To register and use a tableplus2 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing tableplus2 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a tableplus2 employee.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion in place through tableplus2.

tableplus2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.

2 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account on tableplus2. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or device identities — is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email. The information you provide must match your government-issued identification documents.

tableplus2 conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of the account setup process. You may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID)
• A recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement)
• Additional documentation as required by our compliance process

Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is done. tableplus2 may close or suspend accounts at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of false information, fraud, or policy violation.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on tableplus2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tableplus2 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Philippine bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major local banks)
• GCash — via the standard online payment flow
• Maya — via the standard online payment flow
• Philippine online and mobile banking platforms

Deposits made through GCash or Maya are processed through the standard payment gateway — not through the GCash or Maya apps directly. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on tableplus2.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Processing times vary by method and may take between one and five business days depending on the payment provider. tableplus2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not belonging to the registered account holder.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions and bonuses on tableplus2 are subject to individual offer terms and conditions that are displayed in full before any opt-in or qualifying deposit. These general terms apply to all offers unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The specific requirement, eligible games, and calculation method are shown with each offer.
• Validity periods apply to all bonuses. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• One offer per account applies unless the specific offer terms permit stacking. In most cases, a new offer cannot be activated while another is still in progress.
• Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or placing offsetting bets to clear requirements with minimal risk — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

tableplus2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through standard platform channels. Any promotion changes do not affect bonuses already credited and actively being used in good faith.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on tableplus2 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. For sports betting, this includes bet settlement rules that define how bets are resolved in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or result reversal. These rules are available in the betting section of your account.

For slot games and live casino, the rules of each individual game govern payouts and bonus feature conditions. The Return to Player (RTP) and game rules for each title are displayed within the game or on the game information page.

tableplus2 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical failure — and to re-settle affected bets at the correct odds once the error is identified. Players will be notified of any void or re-settlement affecting their account.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and event. These are shown in the bet slip before confirmation. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable odds and rules at the time of placement.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tableplus2 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain unfair advantage
• Coordinating with other accounts to manipulate outcomes, bonuses, or VIP progression
• Using funds from illegal sources or attempting to use tableplus2 for money laundering
• Attempting to access or tamper with the platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tableplus2 staff or other platform users

tableplus2 cooperates with relevant authorities when required by applicable law. If we detect activity that suggests criminal conduct, we are obligated to report it to appropriate agencies and may freeze account access pending investigation.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tableplus2 account credentials — including your password, OTP devices, and linked email address. tableplus2 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel.

We strongly recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account
• Not sharing your login details with anyone, including family members
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Notifying tableplus2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

tableplus2 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials. All connections to tableplus2 are protected by SSL/TLS encryption in transit.

8 Responsible Gaming

tableplus2 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available from your account settings and include deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform that contains a verifiable technical error
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Third-party service failures including payment processing delays by GCash, Maya, or banking partners

In cases where tableplus2 is found to be directly liable for a loss, our liability is limited to the value of the transaction directly involved in the error. We do not accept liability for any losses beyond that amount.

tableplus2 makes no warranties regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

10 Amendments to These Terms

tableplus2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active users through in-platform messaging or email to the address registered on your account.

Continued use of the tableplus2 platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised conditions. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
